Crowhurst Circular Walk Tuesday 7th October 2025

TUESDAY 7th OCTOBER CROWHURST CIRCULAR

16 of us set off from Crowhurst Rec today.  We went across the fields to The Manor House and the church.  We walked along the stream to the far end, where we entered Forewood RSPB reserve.  After following the path down to the lake we then walked  on to the upper entrance, where we went up the road to Howard’s Well cafe. We had coffee/tea and some people had delicious cakes or scones.  After a well earned rest, we went over the railway bridge and down to the field again, which we crossed and came out in my lane, where I said goodbye to everyone outside my house.  

It was good to see two new members on the walk today and I hope you enjoyed your first outing with us.
